Happy Wednesday everyone!
Last week I only had a pile of
seed stitches that made the bottom of this bag.
Since then I've done the coloured section,
1 row of yarn-overs and then knit 2 together
and 1 row of knit
and repeated until desired.
It's a design and technique I learned in my
October knitting class.
I will do another 7 or so rows of knit and
then make small handles and it will be done!
I've been loving my cookbooks,
including joy of cooking
and so when I saw that there was a book on
the Mother and Daughter who
began it,
I ordered it from my local library and have been enjoying it!
The biggest creation I did this week
was my Canadian Thanksgiving dinner!
I have had dinner parties of various kinds
for over 11 or so years now,
and it was wonderful to host this one on Monday!

You are doing a great job on the bag. It's going to be pretty when you are finished.

Your bag looks great! And your table is lovely ... you are making me impatient for our Thanksgiving! :)
The bag and the table are wonderful!
Love the bag. My auntie has the very same dishes and plates, and I can't for the life of me remember the name of them?
Oh, your bag is simply gorgeous! Well done!
