Ironically I realized after making it all that I don't really
care for roasted peppers.
But glad to have tried it.
Going to NYC to eye doctor tomorrow afternoon,
after liturgy and lunch locally.

All the work involved in roasting and peeling the peppers only to find out you are not fond of them. Oh well, now you know you won't have to do that again.
