The hard rain cannot obscure the sight of the Cross.
I hope it is not like this when I walk to church.
My entire being needs vespers desperately.
I will be wearing my black rain jacket over my skirt.
I am trying to work on cover letters and the whole business
makes me feel really weary.
I fell asleep on the couch and Cleo tried to steal food off the table.
Cleo and I are listening to the rain and Eva Cassidy
simultaneously.

So, did you get soaked?
No! The sun came out even a bit when I walked to vespers! I did rain on the walk home, but only for a short time.
I love Eva Cassidy.
I've enjoyed reading your blog for a while, but this is my first time commenting.
Love in Christ,
Juliana
Dear Juliana,
Yes, Eva Cassidy is very lovely. Such deep singing and range.
I know that various people read this blog who I do not know; I am glad you let yourself be known.
Yesterday I read another section of the Brother's K and it was about not being worthy of another's service. I am not worthy even to be read, but thank you for reading.
I pray that I will never be a hindrance as we struggle to seek our salvation.
