I made the Turkey Casserole today. Used probably 5 or 6 cups of gravy, 1.5 pints of cream, chicken broth (about half of a tall rectangular carton), 6 cups turkey, two bags of frozen organic broccoli, two packages of egg noodles and lots of standing, cooking and preparing. We enjoyed the above for dinner and the rest is in 3 freezer bags in freezer. Also I froze probably 2 or more cups of sliced Turkey as well. It was a LOT of work but also really enjoyable; I find cooking to be a stress-reliever. :)
Tomorrow I need to prepare for Thursday's picnics (anniversary day! 9 years!) and my list goes on and on. This week has very little or no time to work on my biggest research project but I am working on a book review. That's really fun too!
God bless and keep you all...
