Over a week ago a large tree branch got my Uncle in the eye.
One surgery and various trips to hospital and ER,
he has eye surgery tomorrow.

From cousin's email:
He'll need to be at the hospital for 10:30 am to get ready for surgery just after noon. This surgery will clean out blood and see the state of his eye; they'll determine whether his retina is attached (praying it is) and how much damage is there and what can be done to start repairing it.

So sorry to hear it! That's happened in our family twice although not with such dire consequences (only corneal abrasions). Prayers that his eye will heal!
