I had a lovely pot of tea this morning.
Then, after the morning rituals were done,
I got to work.
More research and ordering of things related
to the dust mite allergy.
Here's a useful link.
The issue here is one of healthy breathing/asthma, so I have put a lot into this.
A skin problem is not the issue, though that would be quite unpleasant.
Did lots of laundry and had a lot of social media discussions on
what is the best way to dust...
We're also dealing with ongoing insomnia, so lots of various things
are being done and being tried.
And that is how today was.
Thanking God for it all...

praying you win the dust mite battle :)
Prayers for you all in this battle against dust mites.
yep, I battle that every day :)
Allergies can be so debilitating, and often there's little understanding for those with that struggle. Praying you win the battle!
I always, ALWAYS wear a dust mask when dusting and mopping. It makes a big difference for me. Elizabeth, I have mild asthma, and used a cortisone inhaler for ten years, but not now. It isn't easy, but there are things. I get an herbal extract from Mountain Rose Herbs for the lungs, which is very helpful. Vitamin A also is very good, but you can't take too much. And, a friend told me about quercetin, which is a real bronchodilator - it really works! Look into these things, or go to a naturopath if you can.
Lisa: thank you!!! I left a comment on your blog... it's my Husband who is suffering. I will be looking into this and thank you!!!
Did the dust mites get into the pretty rose atop the tea cozy? Did you happen to knit that rose? If so, do you know the pattern? I am taken to wearing roses at my collar tops; that one would do nicely.
Thank you for introducing to the Concillar.
Hi Nancy, the tea cozy is made by Heather at Blackberry Ramble, the rose itself is not knitted but done with felted wool.
