Progress

Mr. Husband and I had a full but
relaxing few days at home
for the July 4th holiday.
*
We went to liturgy for St. John on Thursday
and took a trip to IKEA.
The rest of the weekend was
spent putting in new shelves,
we still need one more door,
and rearranging our library of Orthodox books.
*
Church on the weekend...
*
I am glad we can make such a beautiful home.

Love IKEA! Have you been to the giant one in Kanata?

I've never been to Ikea. Seems a fascinating place!

Paula,

I did not realize that the Ottawa IKEA was in Kanata! yes, my sister-friend and I used to go years ago, very fun!

Lisa ~ it's huge and fascinating. It's good but of course cannot replace real crafted furniture but it is quite good for what it is... and we got some swedish food too for later! :)

My husband never leaves without a bag of Swedish meatballs and a jar of lingonberry jelly:) I like IKEA for curtains and such. It's just a fun place.

we do not have an IKEA close by but when we moved our son to Boston I shopped in one. I was madly in love with everything!! Love that you are sprucing up the place and organizing.
