I forgot how fun it is to have our
now 10 year old Munchkin here;
we played Old Main 2x after prayers
and the first time we kept giving the 'old maid' card
back and forth to each other until I lost
and the second game I lost as well.
We have agreed to a 'rematch' tomorrow :)
It was so fun to laugh and play such a fun
simple game.
I love these times and thank God for them!

Monopoly Deal is a fun card game with kids too (especially if Mr. Husband is home to play too). It's a much easier/shorter version of Monopoly.

The simplest games can be so much fun. I like to play Chinese checkers and Snakes and Ladders with my grandson. Hardly anyone plays those old-fashioned games any more. I wonder if he'd like to play Old Maid?
Go fish is still one of my favs, so good you're having fun with the munchkin!
