What a week!

So Tuesday I went to NYC.
I talked to my normal eye doctor,
he did not like the sound of the new blurry vision with lights.
Wednesday we were home.
Church at night confirmed dark = light halos and blurry.
Today I went back to my ophthalmologist and in the end,
and because he listens to me,
he thought my halo-light-blurry issue + bad night vision was
because of a cornea issue.
There is a cornea specialist in the same building/hall and I was able
to get an appointment for early tomorrow morning.
So back to NYC I go tomorrow.
It may be a long morning of tests.
I really don't know.
Asking your prayers.
I thank God that we have health insurance and that I can go to
specialist to try to figure out what is happening.
Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my +Aunt Karen's
falling asleep in the Lord; asking
your prayers for all of these impacted by this loss.
I am praying that each of you have comfort
and help from Christ who is with us in all things.

I was also feeling so thankful this week for modern medicine, antibiotics, and my health plan! I don't have to make such a journey as you, though, to get what I need. May God give you strength!

I have had occasion lately to be very grateful for modern medicine and good health care too! Glad you have access to these good specialists.

Hi Elizabeth,

I am going to stop and pray for you right now that you will receive the answers you need in order to know what to do. May The Lord bless and keep you and give you peace.

By this time you will have seen the specialist. I hope he had some answers for you and that they were positive ones.
