A friend at church told me at coffee hour:
Three fingers then put thumb next to it as pushing in the soft spot and then take your three fingers away and keep your thumb there for 3 minutes or whatever a few minutes to calm down and it impacts the Vagus nerve.

Breathe in for 4 seconds and then hold for eight and then breathe out like breathe out 8 to 16. Slowly don't push it out.

I misheard it as
He sacrificed himself to save you.
My mind does flips like that and it's like I am high on steroids manic happy and dancing, my feet jumping from one place to another like a desert mountain goat or a deer graceful as it LEAPS ~ here it is. Transformers music or a beating drum beat that sounds like hearts beating in unison and the vocals syncronized in one amazing song π΅π§πΌπΆ⛏️ππππππππ❤️π₯
