Double Chocolate Banana Bread ~ by Deb Perelman

before the Bright Season was here.

Deb of Smitten Kitchen said that the bread
never lasts 4 days in her household.
I can see why!

I made this on Bright Friday and Mr. Husband and I enjoyed some
when it was still warm!
If it were not for left over Pascha chocolate chip cookies
this bread would have not made it more than 3 days tops!



Great use for those over ripe bananas!



First time I sifted flour!



350 F.
I had to do it for the full 65 minutes that
is mentioned in the recipe
after doing the toothpick-is-it-really-done? test

It's fragrant with the deep smell of chocolate,
the bananas not tasted,
great with a old-school glass of milk!
