Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

I can never find my recipe so putting it here. Hope to edit and add pictures later.

My friend N emailed me this in 2019....

"I think I just cleaned and halved them, set the oven to 430 or so and warmed butter and oil in the pan before tossing them in with lots of nutmeg and some salt/pepper. Shifted them about a few times while cooking. Probably 20 minutes or so!"

the only charge to the receipt is we use olive oil instead of butter.... 🌸

I've never heard of cooking them with nutmeg -- that is something I will have to try. I love Brussels sprouts and cook several pounds at once. Thanks for sharing!
