Thursday first week of Great Lent


I love this image, found on the internet.
Well, I made it to NYC and to church.
I am feeling a bit heart-weary.
I am glad that Christ is our Good Shepherd 
and that 
He will pull us up.

    It's been a demanding start to Lent for me this year too! The lovely image makes me think of 'Hind's Feet on High Places' - maybe you know that book? I might reread it this Lent now that I'm reminded.
