A simple curry meal!






Above curry sauce,
50 grams worth of red curry sauce that is,
chopped up mushrooms and a red pepper.
Two cans of coconut milk.
Sauteed in coconut oil.
Plated over rice noodles... 
Cashews on top.

  2. Delicious!! I used to only make curry from scratch but I am finding out which prepared sauces we like and don't like. Aldi had some and I bought up their last few jars of Korma.
