He had soft shelled crab,

I buttermilk fried chicken on top of

mashed potatoes with mushrooms, peas and a delicious gravy.

The same meal I had with friends in late May

when they were visiting...

Those rectangular plates are cool. I have a few square plates I got from Pampered Chef, you know, it makes sense, they fit nicely in your kitchen cabinets! My husband and I went on a date yesterday (it was my birthday)....kayaking!
