Organic chicken thighs,
flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bag,
coat each piece in bag one at time until coated.
Put dollop of coconut oil on top of each piece
and grease pan for cooking.
Bake at 425F until done (20 minutes or so).
Simple, delicious and with minimum clean up!
