The only thing that is uncertain for me is
I am wondering if I am using a needle that is one size too big.
My rows have a looser knit/visible holes when I look at it closely
and the picture above shows a tighter knit...
I have about 6 rows done right now...
I need to find my size 8 needle.
Looks cosy! a good project for this time of year. What colours will you choose?
ReplyDeleteDid you do the gauge before beginning? That should tell you if your needle size needs adjusting. It's a great design!
ReplyDeleteI do love this pattern!
ReplyDeleteSeed stitch will teach you patience!! Not hard, but it goes on and on and on and on... I made Catherine's pink stretchy blanket from plain seed stitch and it has a fantastic drape. Very cozy. Feel free to size the needle down if you need to.
