As much as I deeply loved the yellow room,
and appreciated the red room,
the blue is so calming and lovely.
Irish Lace as in various places as
was the older chairs with designs worked in them...
the computer somehow was set (you can see the
computer's mouse on the table) in a way
that did not detract from what is easily called
timeless beauty.
It is actually preserved beauty, captured beauty,
beauty that our times seems to want to cast aside all to quickly.

I was however quite heartened to see on a walk with my sister-friend
how an old red brick home was similar in simple decoration
to Mr. Husband and I's condo, new as it is.

Oh that our world would get back to beauty.
