Worse But Better

To summarize:
Landlord is being very poor.
I have been told I no longer have the apartment.
The conversation was shockingly bad,
with no care for me
or
the situation it puts me in.
What is better about this?
Well it is quite obvious that this is not the place for me to live
and it is better not to live there.
Moreover, God has His plan for me
and promises to take care of me.
+++
Please pray for me and Cleo that we will have a new home.

Oh, and I am pursuing legal advice.

  1. Shocking and appalling, indeed.
All those who love you are praying!
There *will* be a better and new home for you and Cleo. God will not let you down.

  2. It's so good that you are asking intercessions of Saint Xenia! She's very helpful in times of stress and for supplying '11th hour' resolutions to impossible housing situations.

I'm sure many are continuing in prayers & supplications for you; I know I am!

  4. If the landlord is so bad now, he would most likely be even worse once you moved in. A lucky escape !
    My prayers continue....

  7. I seem to keep echoing Elizabeth, that landlord would have been a problem sooner or later, better to know sooner.

We are praying. Because of Elizabeth (again!) I rootled around and found the Akathist to St Xenia and when I was saying I had furry company. Perhaps they were saying it too. She must have known a lot of cats living on the streets as she did.
