    We had to get up at 4.30 am on Sunday to take T father to the airport - I was so afraid we would sleep in because of the time change I started waking up around 1.30 am and then every half hour or so... same thing this morning.. not sure why.. so I hear you... luckily today is my day off... but I have been sidelined as it is SNOWING again here.

    yeah. it is hard! I think this past week was so busy with church/social things that I was so overstimulated that I could not sleep...
