Glad to hear his colour is coming back. Ella seems to be having a bit of a relapse the last few days. Hope they are both better soon.Paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15015659430842427691noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18568699.post-25028050970814206272017-02-10T05:39:38.627-05:002017-02-10T05:39:38.627-05:00SNOW... And love to see all your crockery and cutlery and gadgets. That little tray for your salt & pepper is lovely--and just a great idea. When we needed a new salt & pepper grinder set we bought on that came with it's own tray/holder, which prevents all the salt & pepper dust accumulating on the table cloth each meal. I enjoy the writing of M.F.K. Fisher too. And we are BIG Tolkien fans! :))) Hope your dear husband will be on the mend soon... You keep the homes fires burning beautifully in the meantime. And Cleo keep on her listening-watch. ;) Happy Days ((HUGS))Tracyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09179096002434748927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18568699.post-33897385938604726862017-02-09T23:32:21.701-05:002017-02-09T23:32:21.701-05:00I forgot to say that I ordered the book Tuscany 19...I forgot to say that I ordered the book Tuscany 1970! So glad you told me about it. The same day another blogger told about yet another book about M.F.K. Fisher. I don't think I ordered that one ;-) as I can't even remember the name of it...

And I have that same immersion blender. I was given a fancier one with many parts first, which I could not bring myself to use more than once, as it was too complicated. So I gave it to my daughter and got myself the two-piece elegant type and it so easy!GretchenJoannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13641677400029070452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18568699.post-88442762845313726242017-02-09T23:28:05.076-05:002017-02-09T23:28:05.076-05:00I love the look of that soup -- maybe I will try s...I love the look of that soup -- maybe I will try something similar before Lent.
